Junior Rangers or Te Kakano Vouchers- Give an experience!
Whenever the school holidays are here it is time to get your Junior Rangers or older pre-teen rangers signed up for Ranger duty! Pukaha can help keep the kids busy with our hands on, interactive school holiday programme.
Each year we need to raise more than $160,000 from sponsors and donations to undertake forest restoration work.
The Pukaha Forest is 942 hectares of unfenced reserve and requires constant vigilance and trapping to keep rats, stoats, feral cats and other predators away from our iconic NZ birds, their nests and eggs.
Extended Family Membership offers the following for up to six members of the family including children up to 15 years old. This also means Nana and Grandad can join with the family. Children under 5 years are admitted free of charge.
