Manukura is home! She will now live in the kiwi house so everyone who visits can see her. To make sure her environment is ideal, we need to raise money to install some special lighting and purchase some very cool burrow-cams and screens so that even when she is in her burrow our visitors get to see her.
We need your donation - please!
In addition to providing a safe, state of the art environment for our precious white kiwi your donation will ensure the survival of our rare and endangered species by providing a safe habitat for all our native birds such as kaka, kokako, kiwi, tui, fantails and the many other native species.
We require donations of over $150,000 annually to undertake forest restoration programmes. A healthy forest is imperative for the survival of these precious native birds and animals. Every bit helps, so thank you.
Pukaha Mt Bruce Board is a charitable trust. Donations over $5.00 are tax deductible. We also have membership and sponsor programmes should you wish to enjoy visiting us. Click here to view those options.
Thank you from the team at Pukaha Mount Bruce and a special thank you from Manukura.
